Downtown Burbank Condos & Urban Living

Downtown Burbank is the city's center for dining, shopping and entertainment. Housing includes condos and apartments, and new communities have been added in recent years. Bryan toured the new Intro Burbank community, with 573 units in two buildings called The Writer and The Actor, with its developer. Read his first look at Intro Burbank.

Buyers here often want to be near restaurants and services. Bryan helps buyers compare buildings and helps owners price and present a condo. See the Burbank buyers page and sellers page.
